It's gone.
It broke my heart to let it go, it really did, but with nowhere close to home to ride anymore, it was going to waste.
I traded it even for this 2012 Kawasaki Concours.
I have owned and ridden many sportbikes over the years, and this is my first sport touring, aka old man bike, lol.
At 45, I still love ripping the gsxr1000, but it's not that comfortable for very long, or 2up.
This Concours is great for distance, and 2up.
I'm almost ashamed to say how much I love it, lol.
It has a few aftermarket parts, and I'm adding full exhaust and an ecu flash, as well as some ss brake lines and better pads.
Anyway, a big thankyou to this forum for all of it's help with my 350, 660, and 700 over the years. I'll stick around and help out if I'm able.

That's a great price for a machine that's just broke in and has all the upgrades. I fully understand, hard to find a reason to keep toys when there's nowhere to ride. Looks like a fun bike, sportbikes are great for short trips but something like a sport touring you wont go numb after 30 minutes lol.

Thanks, and yeah, it's nice to not feel crippled when I get off of a bike...but riding the gsxr1k is still worth it...for short trips, lol.

That machine is solid, and never gave me a moments trouble.

So far i’m enjoying it!
Love the mods and will be adding a couple myself.

Nope, the engine and fuel map are stock, and always were.
There was never a Power Commander or any fuel module on it.
