I have a 2005 350, bought it off a co-worker, it has problems starting, I bought a new starter solenoid and a new battery and it won’t even do anything. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Be sure it's in neutral.

Key on.

Jump the solenoid.

If it will sometimes try to start and sometimes not i suspect a loose or corroded ground wire

It’s all good, I’m not big into wiring so I took mine to a shop because I didn’t want to make any mistakes in the wiring
