Hey guys. I do everything myself except adjusting the valves. My mechanic did my valves for 55 bucks.

The valves are real easy on the raptor. Do it yourself and save the $. Heck, I'd do valves all day long for $55 a shot.

I agree, even at half that $$$ I'd be happy to do that all day long.

Heck, it's only 450 miles or so each way. :grin_nod: Lets see.

450 miles each way give or take
x 2 to cover the round trip
= 900 Miles
/ 17 MPG since you have to put it in a truck or pull a trailer to drive it up.
= 52.94
x $2.50 per gallon of fuel
= $132.35 round trip cost for fuel alone.

I'd say $55 is looking good compaired to $132.35 :lol:
