Hello guys, I will go right to the point to be brief as possible. In my city we only have 2 options for fuel, 95 Octane and 98 Octane. The Raptor 700 2015 manual said it should be used with only 85 octane fuel. Since I can only use 95 and 98 octane, which one should I use and should I tune the ignition in the Power Commander V?
My bike its Raptor 700R 2015 (1 exhaust head) with Big 3: Prodesign Intake kit and dual stage Pro Flow foam filter and Airbox Lid ON + PCV with Ignition and Autotune + Empire Full exhaust. I deleted the AIS valve just unpluging the hoose and putting 2 cups: one in the engine and one on the other side, just where the hoose conected something under the fuel tank (I dont know how its called that piece), Thats fine for deleting the AIS or its mandatory to buy the Mr. Cuervo racing AIS delete plate?

I have a base PCV map for my starting point (done for same bike, same intake but for Monster Full exhaust) and Im just starting to fine Tune my bike with the Autotune since there's no Dyno near my home and I want to do it right from the first time. The AF Target its set to 13.2, its fine or wich one I should use? I want to most power I can get and more milleage too, but allways in the safe side to not make it too lean.
I have conected de AutoTune to a switch so I can disable it when I want, I read in this forum I shuold disable after my ride when Im at high RPM and with a good amount of throttle, it is right? I try to do smoothest throttles pushes I can. Its the same to do it in any gear?
I attached some screenshots of my PowerCommander Fuel, Igniton and AFR Tables. By the way My bike its idleing at 1800-2000RPM I think I should take it down to 1500-1700RPM range?

Are you dealing with ROM or MON numbers for your fuel at the pumps? Mine is tuned for the highest pump gas we can get, so if 98 is your highest, go for that and see how it runs.

It is RON 95 and RON 98 (not MON). I tried both before I installed the BIG 3 and I didn't notice any difference. I had never run 85 octane fuel, But I think if the Raptor engine was developed for 85 octane and I can only use 95 or 98 octane it should be some difference, but I dont know If I need to change something in the ignition tables or the AFR Target. Did you see my PCV tables?

In the US our pump fuel is rated as an average (Ron+Mon)/2. Your fuel scaled this way is likely around 87 and 91. Use either, you should not have any problem.

Looking at your tables, I use 13.5 A/F for lower throttle openings to get good fuel economy then for throttle15% and above use 13.2. I also use fuel enrichment of 12 at 0% throttle for the entire rpm range to prevent backfiring during decel. 0 the A/F in that column so it won't adjust it. I have the Cuervo block off and not even that stopped the backfiring... Since you are running the timing advanced, definitely run the highest octane fuel you can. With the autotune, make sure you 'get map' from the quad then accept trims and re-send the updated map back to it. It won't make changes to your map unless you do. It doesn't hurt to save the updated version to your laptop too. I set my rpm around 1600 with the fi adjustment screw on the side of the throttle body.

Good point to make it 13.5 A/F in the low 15% throttle, by the way isn't too lean? I just want to be safe in the A/F ratio, but fuel milleage its also very important to me because I dont want to carry extra fuel for my trail rides and I mostly finish the rides with about only 1/4 Galon remaining in the fuel tank and I dont want to run out of fuel in the middle of the woods. Since I installed the BIG 3 with the A/T my fuel light dont turn on anymore when I have few fuel in the tank, it works when I put the key in the bike, it makes it on all the lights, but the fuel light its not working like it should when it have few fuel in the tank, any idea of whats can be going wrong with it?
