Hello everyone, here's my thread with the step-by-step to make a homemade EHS type airbox lid. You can do this for every ATV make and model.

First thing to do is, take a picture of your lid with something for scale reference. Then upload it to a CAD program and start drawing, trying to use much area as possible:

After that send it to a CNC machine, this is what you get:
Metal Table

For the Raptor 350 i recommend 2 aluminium frames with 2mm (máx), because the airbox lid is curve, so you will have to bend it to get an exact fit. Other models, just need 1 with 4 ou 5 mm

To start the construction here's what you need:

1- Outerwears airbox cover (water repellent), bigger you get, better it will be because of mistakes.

1 or 2- metal frames with the shape you want for your lid. For flat lids you only need 1, for curve lids like Raptor 350 you need 2.

- 5M screws, washers and nuts.

-Silicone

-Epoxy glue

2nd step

Let's start the construction:

For the Raptor 350, you will need to cut a bit of the snorkel before you start(Remember to keep the bits for later).

After you do this, it's time to mark with a pencil all that is to drill and cut. To avoid error, drill a hole to fix the frame and then mark everyting else:

Step 4

Remember to clean the piece, removing all the sharp edges to avoid tearing the outerwears cover:

With a blade make some small holes on the outerwears cover, where the bolts will pass:

Carefully put some epoxy glue around the bolts holes to avoid tearing and let it dry.

(For Raptor 350: after it dryed, join the other frame: Gun
)

While the glue dries, start putting silicone around the hole of the lid:

And you're done!!

Raptor 350 before you finish it, remember to rebuild the snorkel, use epoxy glue and bits of the lid that you have cut:
