can anyone give me some insight to aligning my front wheels, one is currently out of alignment.

Using a tape measure. Jack your front end off the ground. Mark a spot in the middle of both tires. Measure the points on front of your quad. Then rotate your tires 180°. Measure again.

better off using the rim edge than the tire.

Download the manual which may be found in the sticky's at the top of the maintenance forum.

The manual will give you the toe-in measurement.

Note the toe-in needs to be measured with the front wheels off the ground.

anyone know where you can get the 14mm nuts that hold the tie rod in place?

the nut that came with my ball joints had rubber threads...which is no good
