is there a chart for what jets you would need for dirferent altitudes like for a stock 04 raptor 660.i know my owners manual for my street bike has one for like sand mountain in nevada or like pismo beach thanks joe

The general rule is to drop one main size every 3k ft above sea level. But often times a jump of 1k-1500 ft will require adjustment of other jets.

Main jets example:
140/145 - sea level
135/140 - 3k ft
130/135 - 6k ft +

so since i would rather not go pull the carbs off what should a 04 660 have for stock main jets. i am going to pismo on thanksgiving and want to be ready for sealevel and have never played with the main jet just the needle and the clip

Stock 660 has 140 left, 145 right mikuni mains. 22.5 pilots, needles on 3rd (middle) clip. Fuel screws vary.

cool thanks for the info i should be runing hard for pismo then will just play with the fuel screws and the needle
