so i im trying to take the carb out to clean it up...cant get the throttle cable off. how do i do this. its on raptor 660

I'm assuming the cable end at the throttle assembly on the side of the carbs is what you're shooting at.

Pop the cover open, use the thumb throttle to open the throttle up all the way. Hold the big moving wheel that the cable is hooked to and then release the thumb throttle. Now use a pair of needlenose pliers to pull the cable back towards the carb until you can rotate the end of the cable enough to slide it out of the rotating wheel. If that's not clear, which I can understand if it's not, try looking in the manual for some help.
