best Mod for 660 R ????

if you want more power go for a jet kit and a K&N filter and pre charger.

if you want a better ride get some YFZ shocks and a sterring damper.

Get the white brothers header to match the slip-on
Unless its got a jet kit installed, get one.
Also get a 12 tooth front sprocket

Yup you definatley have to post some more pics of the dunes or possibly a video. I replaced my stock handlebars with tag t2 bars and love them. Yfz shocks also made a world of difference. 12Tooth front sprocket also gave a ton of torque but killed my top end. later

dude i bet the riding is pretty awsome down there. you should put some pics of the dunes you ride in.

but yea. you should get the header or you should modify the intake or hotcams, also its what you prefer. and what all you wanna do on your bike.
