A buddy of mine just called me, he had parted a Raptor together.
The machine fires and runs great with no one sitting on it.

Once he sits on it, or puts any pressure on the pegs, it acts as if it is bogging or choking.
I figured it was something with teh floats.

He said the carbs ran great on teh other engine.

Any suggestions?

He's stretching the parking brake cable when he sits on the bike, pulling it out of adjustment and causing the limiter to kick in.

Unplug the parking brake switch connector. Make sure the reverse switch wire's connector is tight and clean on the reverse switch.
