Hey guys, just changed the brake pads on my 02 660 and have bled them and everything, but no brakes, have pumped and ridden on them for almost a whole day now and still no brakes...... the disk has some wear and tear on it, visibly, could that be the problem, will it take longer to get the pads adjusted to the rotor or what?

I back fill mine from the nipple. this pushes all the air out of the sys. I use a 60ml syringe and iv line ( you should beable to find some sort of tube and filler to do the same) they also sell bleed it yourself valves that slip over the nip and dont let air back into the sys, but be sure the resi is level and not sucking air from there
