hey guys im going to pick up my 2007 raptor se tomorow and i was wondering if i should wait till it warms up before i break in the motor? the weather network sais its gona be -8c tomorow and not go over 5c for the next two weeks. so should i wait to break it in? or should i just warm it up really good and drive it like normal.

hum. it should be alright to break it in at that temp. but im not 100%. if i were you id wait because first of all its not as fun riding in that weather, and for reassurance id wait so that you do it right and it runs great. :thumbsup:

If it were me I would just let the motor warm up good before riding in the cold..... :confused:

Yeah start your bike and let it idle while you are getting your gear on , youll know when its warm enough by blipping the throttle a few times if theres now lag then the engine is warm if it doesnt respond straight away let it warm up some more before going hard on it .
