He said he would refund my paypal payment back in June, haven't heard from since. It's been so long now that paypal won't even accept my claim. He says he shipped but has no proof of a tracking number or reciept, I never recieved the parts. I get UPS shipments atleast 3 days a week so thats not the problem. DO NOT deal with this member!! I realize that he has a few posts on here and on bluetraxx (where I originally contacted him), obviously that does not equal responsiblity.
