I have a Wiseco 11:1 piston, brand new Wiseco valves, and new stage 2 cam kit with springs. I torqued the cam according to the Yamaha shop manual and not the paperwork that came with the cam. I ended up torquing the cam to 14 foot pounds and it is only suppose to be torqued to 9 foot pounds. Do I need to take it back aparty and redo the cam?

You mean you torqued the cam gear retaining hardware to 50 % more torque then you should have....... if so I suggest you remove the valve cover and get new bolts, throw the over torqued bolts away and install new hardware to the proper torque of 9 lbs............
