I know there is prob a stickey on this but I am in a huge hurry. I took carbs off bike and cleaned, then done the clear tube method again and got all that good. Now when I rap on it real fast it has a hesitation to it. Never done that before. If I put the choke all the way on it runs great but blows a little black smoke. Could it be that the mixture screw is off? Any suggestions would be great, leaving this afternoon to go on ride!!

Turn your fuel screws out (CCW) 1/4 to 1/2 turn each. Hesitation when coming on throttle is one indicator of being too lean in the pilot (idle) circuit. The fact that the hesitation goes away with the choke on confirms this. Richening the fuel screws should take care of the problem.
