are you getting a carrier with a grease zerk or are you going to remove the bearing seals and put the new grease in the re-fit the seals?

I use Mobil XHP222, it's a bearing grease designed for marine and agricultural use, so it's about the most waterproof grease on the market.

you need to remove the seals from the bearings in that case so the grease can get in and out of them. Excess grease can then get out past the lip seals which helps them last 10 times longer.
