quick question about the measurement for the slack of the chain .now is it measured by the distance of travel in one direction ( up or down)or is it distance of travel in both directions up and down .
thanx for the help guys but i need someone that is sure . in the manual pic it does seem to be the total slack of up and down .but how would you measure that . do you push it down write down the the amount ,push it up write down the amount , and add them together ? does that seem right ?
Not too make it anymore confusing but is their spec measured from the top side of the chain both times, the top on the upstroke and bottom on the downstroke, or the middle both times.
yeah the way the pic on manual shows. a line above the chain lin 1/4 in and a line bellow the chain 1/4 in . and that gap between those two is the measurement.
