my chain keeps coming loose, and the rear sprocket hub moves on the axle,
i always have to re-tighten before each ride and its soon lose again.
now i went out with someone new the other day, and hes looked at mine and said that the chain is rubbing a hole in the left hand side DMC(as sat on it) just back from the front sprocket.
the quad is a 2007, with a dura blue+4 axle, R.A.D lock nut, and kenda bear claws,

any ideas or help please:(

Yeah some of the aftermarket bearing can be bad. I had pivot works go out on me in a few months. I would check that first though. I usually stand on the pegs and rock side to side and see if there is slop anywhere.

Might be because when the chain is loose it is slapping the exhaust. Find the reason for the chain coming loose and I bet it will fix the rubbing issue.
thanks you two, thats what im trying to do, i know that this is probable that this is just one thing causing all the other issues, just need to find that one thing??:(
