I have a 2009 raptor 700R with not a sratch on it, it has been babied since new. Quad has approx. 120 hrs or 2200 kms on it. Ive noticed when selecting reverse gear sometimes it wont engauge gear and a clicking in the clutch can be heard, I then have to really push down on the shifter to engauge reverse. So I was out last night for a Hell Rip and if I let the rpms get really low I could here that clicking in all forward gears. Soon as I increase rpm clicking goes away? Also the clutch does not slip at all.

Turned out the reverse problem just needed to be adjusted and as for the clicking it was a combination of the chain guide roller and my chain being about 1/2 inch to loose. Just replaced the guide roller and burn't the bearing out in about a week, so I'd say if your bearing goes the chain is probably out of adjustment.
