what are your intentions for this massive bumper, or carrier????????
It appears he is going back-country moose hunting and wants to pack a Booner out on the back of the Rappy, lol.

Better not take a chance on an Igloo if that's the case, I just watched Jim Shockey dump a YETI cooler out the back of his truck and it rolled down the mountain, no damage. Plus they are grizzly proof. Better get that one!

The rear subframe is a weak spot on the raptor. I have cracked several. They usally crack where the two tubes cometogether near the grab bar mounting holes.
The rougher the trails the more of a chance to crack it. If they are fairly smooth trails you will probably be ok.

You can always add gussets and may need to add a lower arm like they have done for the yfz and 700.

I bought one of those racks a long time ago but never used it, just never got around to doing the trip I was going to use it for then got into desert racing and found out how easy the subframe would crack with just a sixpack rack with a tool kit on it. Anyway just be aware that the cmp rack uses the stock grabbar to mount too. I know a lot of people get rid of the stock grabar.
