Hey there, i recently bought a raptor 660r, and among the many things I am fixing on it, one of the 2 bolts hold one of the exhaust pipes on is broken off inside the block. (there is no fraction of the bolt sticking out beyond the plane of the hole) I was wondering if anyone has had this happen before and what you did to get it out while doing the least amount of damage. I have a few options in my head like drilling and tapping, screw extractor kits etc, but was wondering what actually works before i wreck it enough where I can't do anything at all. Thanks!

Its common on these bikes, its only a 6mm stud. You can try to remove it by drilling and extracting, I tried, it didnt work. The the next step is drilling it out and re-tapping, if you go that route, go ahead and put in some 8mm studs, the will be stronger,

Weld a nut on to the broken stud.
