well i have had my raptor 700 for about a year now and have been mxin since i got it....i had my first bad crash about 2 weeks ago.. i went off a jump and the front just dropped i panic reved but it was basicaly straight up in the air so that didnt help... i landed directly on my front bumper then two guys behind me went off the jump on ladned rite on my quad :( that was why most off the damage was caused....i cant really walk so i had my dad take pics of it and the grab bar is almost touching my seat, the subframe has a crack in it and is chipped, headlight brackets are broke , i think all the fender mounts are bent, tailight is broke, thats really all i know...im guna go see how it is when i get better but my question is do u think landing on the front bumper tweaked the the frame at all ? and since the subframe took a pretty good shot would that have bent the mid frame too ? and my dad is very good with welding and metal fab so how would the subframe be if he welded it back up good?

depends on how hard you landed on the front bumper. despite a relatively light crash, my a-arms pretzeled, ripped out all the ball joints, and bent the lower frame rails. 3700 in damage. 1200 just for the steel section of the frame. either way hope you heal up. bikes can be fixed or replaced alot easier

Couldn't see a bend or crack in mine, but i could see were the paint had cracked and peeled off it. And that was right behind the busted off headlight, so don't know if it bent or just flexed in that spot.

Its bent for sure. Ive wrecked mine only once and it toasted it. Im in the process of replacing/repairing parts now, as some may have seen else were on this site. Its not the best made frame but then again its the lightest so far of this size quad. Ive gussetted all of my stuff through out my ownership of mine and its gettin better and better. Hope ya get well and back 100%

Anybody know where I can pick up a used subframe for the 700. I wrecked (HARD) today, and basically broke it in half. :help:
