Ok all you flexx bars owners, if you haven't tore them apart and greased them yet, I HIGHLY suggest you do so. Mine were maybe a year old, but we ride dusty conditions. I watched the vid on flexx's site, on the quick easy 10 minute rebuild, had a squeak, figured it would be quick fix, NOPE, had more than an hour in those bastards, had to take them off the bike and put them in a vice and beat the ever loving sh*t out of them to get the pins out. They were stuck good, once i cleaned em up and slopped some good grease on them they work better than new. So it looks like this will be a twice a year deal to keep em working good.

I hit all the moving joints with WD-40 after ever wash. Works like a charm.

I was think of getting Flexx bars, how are they in the Dunes?
