Yep, 70+HP, 727 stroker. The bike stopped so fast I almost went over the bars. A exhaust valve broke off and I didn't hear any noise when it was bouncing around.

I was going to attempt to find someone local with a flow bench to match porting on my head. I have since then decided i dont need a ported head unless i build a dedicated sand machine. I already cant use what i have in the trails

What happened with this head?

Drag race, high RPM's, in the sand dunes and motor stopped so fast I almost went over the bars. No noise or rattling sounds. I suspect valve float and exhaust valves made piston contact and broke off and bounced around. One valve was embedded in the piston, the other was in the exhaust pipe.
