Does anyone know if and where I can get a replacement filter that goes on the bottom of the fuel pump? I did a Google search and came up blank. Any help would be appreciated. Also if I can't get one, can it be cleaned?

If you mean the "sock" filter on the pump, you can spray it clean with non-chlorinated brake cleaner which can do a better job than carb cleaner.
If the filter is too far gone, Partzilla or Motosport for oem/factory parts.
