Ok I have added a CP 12 to 1 piston with Web Cam III and need a map that will get me close, I know a dyno tune is the best but do not know any one in my area. I asked for help from Fuel Moto because I bought the PCIII from them and this is what they told me.

"Hello, all of our Raptor maps were done with the stock cam, piston and porting. With your extensive mods I highly recommend and custom dyno tune".

If I had a dyno this would be best but here in Troutdale Oregon I do not know any one that can do this. So if anyone has a map for a CP 12 to 1 piston, web cam stage III with Sand Demond miled P&P head with a GYTR filter and addaptor I would be very thankfull. I am also willing to pay for the map if needed. Also if anyone knows of a good place in the Portland Oregon area to get a dyno tune that would be the best option. Thank you for any help you might give. Also motor will not stay running at idle and adjusting the idle screw is not working. The motor is lean with the map I have now (I am using the Curtis sparks full exaust, pro flow lid off map) I will try the LTE duel map next.

Bad new bro, I have been looking for a authorized tuning center in Oregon, and there isn't ONE facility, the only place is in Washington, and it's 3hrs 45min from vancouver WA, and it looks like it's about 10 minutes from Canada. He wants $300 to tune the quad.

I have called every tuner in OR and WA, and he is the only one who has the setup for ATVs,

Here is the link

Check this guy out. He is in Portland area actually up by airport I think. Really nice guy too. Take a look at the website but know that they are working on building a turbo kit for raptors. Tuning seems to be their specialty. We emailed back and forth for awhile. Look at the sticky thread section of the 700 forum under fully adjustable fuel controller I think and look at the last few posts. Good luck.

Shanster thank you the maps look very good, I will try them out along with reseting the throttle position I am sure this will fix the idle problem. You have been a big help with this and I thank you. I will need to give LRD a call and see if they do dyno tunes and if so how much they charge for it.

I would be greatfull to know if there is a Dyno that can do ATVs in Portland. The only place I know of is White Knuckle; I'm not sure about LRD. I do know that there isn't a Power commander specialist that can run ATVs in Portland/Vancouver according to Dyno Jets website, and I'll tell you, there are way too many adjustable parameters in the PCIII to just take it to someone and have them run a generic Dyno. The Tuning link software is suppose to auto dial it in by changing the load on the rear wheels at every RPM and throttle % open level. I called that guy in Norther WA, and he told me all about it. He basically said it kind of "auto calibrates," you hook it up, strap it down, and run the software and it applies different load and throttle openings, and automatically tunes in numbers in the map; then you go back over it and dial it in the rest of the way manually. If someone knows something more, please post or PM me, as I am interested in getting a map made.

Has anyone else talked to the guys at rrev motorsports? I listed the info a couple of days ago. I talked to him about 3 weeks ago and he said they can do it no problem. They are up by the I-5 bridge on Hayden Island dr. They bougth a 700 and are working on making performance parts (turbo kits) for it is what he said. I know they have a dyno and said that pcIII was no problem. I dont know much more than that but seemed like the knew what they were doing.

But does LRD have the PCIII software? I'm not too crazy about giving just anyone a bike and hoping they know how to adjust it.

I have a very similar build that I just built a custom map for on a dyno. I'll send it to you and you can see if it works. My mods are cp 12:1, Web stage 3 cam with spring kit. Venom Port, +1 valves, ron woods pipe. It gives me about a perfect Air/fuel reading with the sniffer on the dyno. Pm me your email if you want it. Good luck!
