i don't know why.. but i have been emailing fuelmoto for 2 months and i still haven't had any replies.. and from 2 seperate emails.. i emailed them before i bought the PCIII because i had a few questions.. and no reply.. then i email them after i bought 2 of their PCIII\s and still no reply.. is there anybody else having a hard time trying to get in contact with them, i didn't want to post anything about it.. but i have been ignored for too long, and i keep reading that ppl are in email contact with them... i getting more and more dissappointed with them :help:

Give em a call that's how I've always contacted them...

They took their sweet time getting me a map, never did send me the dust caps for the power & USB ports. Good prices, but their customer service was a little disapointing. Of course, that seems to be the norm throughout the powersports industry...

when i bought mine from them this last summer i talked to "Jamie".... he was very nice and helpful..... i would call.... everytime i called he helped with everything i needed....

I have experienced the same thing with several companies, when trying to communicate by email. They either are too busy to respond, take forever to ship, or have gotten the order wrong. If a phone # is given, I ALWAYS call now when I order anything from the internet. Most of the time it ships faster that way too.
