i got a '05 660 raptor about a month ago it is tough to get into neutral the previous owners changed the oil regularly as have i. also it is the stock clutch. any input will help thanks guys.
oh and sorry about hijacking any threads it wont happen anymore.

Raptors are a bit tough to get into neutral in the first place, but there are a couple things to check........
Make sure that there is no play in the shifter...........
Too much freeplay in the clutch cable will can cause this..........
A cold engine can cause this.............
A clutch with warped discs will also cause this problem...........
And going to a direct shifter makes it much easier..............

There is a bit of play in the shifter.how can I adjust it I don't want to screw it up

Agree 100%. I love my IMS shifter no matter how many people don't like them. Way better than the stock one.

I agree direct shifter, love mine.. Also probably time for some new clutches.. They are reasonably priced for a stock replacement clutches ..
