This is my opinion, so take it for what it worth. It won't be any easier or any harder with any quality exhaust, intake, and jet kit. Yamaha most likely doesn't make any of those accessory parts anyway, they get made by whoever and labeled GYT-R. So if you like the GYT-R stuff and think it's a good deal, then go for it. But don't let the promise of an easy install convince you.
It all depends on your bike. The jetting recommendations for your application could be spot on, or could be off by a good deal. The jetting isn't hard to begin with. People just overcomplicate it and frustrate themselves.
FYI, performance parts are almost never a straight install. There will always be something that is a pain in the a$$.
