im pretty sure my jetting is 160 155 mains with 25 pilots and screws set at 2 or 2 1/2 turns out. my engine is a stock bore rebuilt with prox piston, yoshimura pipe and k&n air filter, and a carb spacer

Turn your fuel screws out (ccw) another 1/4 to 1/2 turn each - hanging idle is due to lean pilot setting... the fuel screws adjust the pilot mixture.

Have you messed with you throttle cable lately? If you turn it all the way does it rev up? I had this problem and had to reroute it again after I messed with it.
