Hi guys...
I have a raptor 90.
I have the hmc full exhaust, twin air filter & also drilled out the sides of air box and installed the mini air filters.
I just installed a procom cdi unit, set it to number 9 and I can't tell the difference from the standard cdi?
Am I doing something wrong?
Please help!

Rappy is correct. You won't be able to rev to higher rpm's if you don't supply enough fuel. What could be worse is if you go into over-rev without enough fuel and you run lean. Then expect bad things to happen. Too much fuel is not great for performance but oh so much better than lean. Pistons don't like lean and temps get out of hand really quickly. Up the pilot jet to at least a .37mm and see how it goes. Check the plug often after hard runs. Could even put a thin washer under the clip on the needle to get more fuel quicker. Just some thoughts.... Let us know how you do. Oh yeah, maybe don't go from stock to top program. Work your way up. Remember, a clean, white plug is your enemy!

Thanks for the info rappy97 and gstrad.
I have never played with 4 strokes, I have had 2 strokes all my life.
So is the principal the same, black spark plug too rich etc?
