if your going with hmf slip on you should get hmf header. cause i dont think fmf header will fit hmf slip on
no dont get a full exhaust, waste of money on the 350's. forget a k&n, they suck for dirt applications. only get a filter if you get the clamp on kit.IF you really want to improve power, save to get a full exhaust with headers, then remove the air box lid and add a K&N filter... up your jets and pilot jet, and you will have some great additional power. Mods to the airbox really open up the flow and the full exhaust takes advantage of this.
