I changed to a 11:1 CP piston this week, took a record setting 12 hours but all is done. The bike runs great, well atleast part throttle (still breaking it in), but it seems to idle a little higher (maybe 100-200 rpms). Anyone know why this would be?

Probably because you changed the compression. You need to adjust for this.

Higher compression helps burn the fuel more efficiently...........

Good info, it may keep me from asking same question in the future.

a loose/disconnected breather line will cause a high idle, check all your breather lines on the throttle body...

then i would adjust your idle as needed...imo
