1. hi I recently purchased a 1987 Honda Fat Cat tr200 and I was wondering if anyone knows of any mods or interchangeable parts themat increase power. I understand its a long shot b/c Honda only made them in 1987 and 1988. But any info on this awesome big wheel bike would be greatly appreciated thanks in advance

I was in High School when these came out - and I loved them.
Great for forging your own trail thru the forest. Unfortunatley I don't have the info you ask for.
My impression was that it was a trail/trials cycle engine in a bike frame modified for the ATV tires.
Not a lot of power, but the kind of ride that would get you anywhere all day.

Here is a laugh for you, I found this old baby in a collection of antiques at a closed down copper mine.
The wheels are gas tanks and it's two wheel drive.

Lol thats a crazy bike right there. And yes sir its an awesome trail bike. But the fat cat is not w/out power, I hit 63mph on the street I thought that was impressive for an 87
