That's a pretty good range there. We have not really tested ours but perhaps this year I will take notes. No way will we get that kind of mileage when at the dunes though, too much stabbing the throttle hill climbing, lol.
Well, since most of my miles are put on doing low speed wheelies in first gear, I usually get about 5 miles on a tank i would sayYesterday I went out on a 106 mile ride through the desert south of Las Vegas. I wanted to see how far I could take my 2016 Raptor 700 before it died. At the end of the day I traveled 94 miles, the fuel light cane on and road on that for a bit, then my wife wouldn’t let me run it dry so we filled back up. I was really happy on the range I got! How far has everyone gone on their raptor?
LOL that response got me good lol and your picture of you doing a wheelie sealed the deal. I thought this may be an interesting post for anyone who may be wanting to do a longer ride but was not sure of the range of their rig. I believe we had marked about 5 hours of riding as well. I am differently a bit sore today but not too bad. My wife was on a 2017 Polaris scrambler 850 and she got down to "one bar" on her gas monitor at 94 miles so i think she could have completed the 106 miles.Well, since most of my miles are put on doing low speed wheelies in first gear, I usually get about 5 miles on a tank i would sayYesterday I went out on a 106 mile ride through the desert south of Las Vegas. And when I'm not doing wheelies in first gear, I'm doing wheelies in the other 4 gears.
And when I'm not doing wheelies, I'm beating the hell out of it pretty much.
So yea average 10-15 miles per tank I would say (LITERALLY).
Wish I was kidding![]()
I may have exaggerated on the mileage a little, but not much10-15 miles per tank seems low. I ride around pretty fast and do a lot of racing. I get about 3 to 3 and a half hours out of a tank ripping around. Never paid attention to miles but the place i ride is quite a few miles from one side to the other. 2500 acres. And I see a lot of that place on a tank
Not possible bud. Unless your leaking gas like an open faucet.Well, since most of my miles are put on doing low speed wheelies in first gear, I usually get about 5 miles on a tank i would say
