would longthrow +2 a-arms with yfz450 shocks bo too low? it's probably lower than i really wanna go for a trail/woods/field/road quad?

Is longthrow the company, or do you mean long travel control arms? If you are getting long travel control arms, yfz shocks will not work as they will be about 5 inches too short. If the control arms are made for stock shocks you should be fine with the yfz shocks

I experienced clearance problems when my frame was about five inches from the ground. If its too low just get some bigger tires.
