Can any one explain , i just put new bearings and seals and was wondering how everyone else does it or if they do it and what they measure off of??

There's really nothing to align. There is the marks on the swingarm for the bearing carrier so the axle is straight but thats it. The marks are by the adjusting bolts, there will be a set of lines on each side of the top of the swingarm, just make sure you have the same number of lines on each side. There'll be a notch on the carrier to match to the lines on the swingarm. Thats about it.

thats it no , complicated measuring crap haha , thx a lot i appreciate it!!! I was just trying to make things a lot harder for my self haha

Mine were off about a half a mark or so, no matter what I did they were never straight, it didn't seem to affect the ride so I didn't worry about it.
