I have the cases split and the crank is still in the left (flywheel) side. The crank is bent and will be replaced... How do I get the crank and bearing out of the left case?

Surely I'm not the only one to swap cranks...

The bearing on the left case side is interference fit into the case, without a press, is there anyway to get this out?

If it has the same threaded holes on the case as a 700, find two long bolts and run through the case pushing against the crank. Run them in evenly and it will push right out. I believe it was 8mm thread.

Yep you use two bolts and push them out
