i have taken out teh allen head screw and it will not come out, has anyone taked their stock arrestor out b4? what gives?

they can be hard to remove i have used a big pair of pliers you just have to work at it.

i pretty much had to destroy mine to get it out when i did it.. tried all the "common things" and then resorted to a "slide hammer" type of ******* rigged up contraption and that yanked it out.. wasnt much left but it worked

let it get nice and warmed up, either let it idle for 10-15 min or go ride it around and then grab on with some pliers and even rev it if you want while pulling it, i didn't think mine would ever come out, then once it got warmed up enough that shit slid right now,...........at first i thought everyone was just playing a cruel joke on me!!! said keep pulling keep pulling!!,hahahah

The slide hammer is a great invention! We use it to remove things are our fighter jets.

shoudl i remove it b4 my engine is fully broke in, i have only abotu 2 hours on bike and plan on riding several hours this weekend.
