i have my motor all tore apart to replace 2nd gear, so i thought this would be the time to do some performance upgrades. i was told by someone with a 450 dirtbike that a "hotcam" is one of the best bang for your buck power upgrades you could do to the 450/660s. is this true?? if so, can someone give me some info about it. i searched for hotcam's web site and could find anything... any other suggestions while i have the motor tore apart would be appriciated as well.

Got my motor tore apart to cause i had to fix header bolt mount and talked my self into buying a ton of stuff like a new hotrod,101mm wiseco piston 12:1, hotcam stage2 cam and springs,stainless valves,l&a 1way,clutch pack. Yes the hot cam is a good bang for the buck performance you can get a stage 1 or 2 for only 110-115 on ebay. anouther bang for the buck is a high compression piston for around 115-125. over size bore it for around 50bucks thru trinity and other good places or even get it done localy. There are other better cams out ther such as webcams and other people who make them and better pistons and ratios but prices will be higher. You cant go wrong geting you a new hotcam simple drop in.. your already into the motor maybe thank about a new hotrod or stroker only around 350 on ebay for stroker and 240 for a standerd durable hotrod
