i have been trying to install my diamond j front widening kit for a week now...now i cant get the bolt out from the top arm on both of them the bottom ones came out nice....i tried using a punch and hammer it out no luck. How did you guys get yours out?it moves freely with a socket, i even tried a pair of vise grips and pulling on them.this project sucks!!! diamond j insturstions blow also!!!

Penetrating oil, or heat. I ended up using a small propane torch to heat up an a-arm bolt that had seized. Don't mix the two though, and good luck.

ok i got them out...wd-40 and a b.f.h. with a punch

I used my battery impact driver (or drill with a socket adapter) to turn it fast while pushing on the threaded end with a punch, till I could get under the head to pull. Turning reduces the friction and allows you to push the other end.

Doesn't help get em out now, though... Follow this advice for the new installation.
