I just rebuilt mine. Way easier than you'd think. If I had the extra coin sitting around I'd go with precision but for mine now the CCP is fine, but like morph said on his kind of terrain Precision is probably smart. I just run into some roots every once and awhile sticking out of the sand.

Did they not want to help you or if it was under warranty not want to cover it?
Could not contact the guy who makes them. Member on here goes by Easystreet had the same issue. Oddly enough it happened a few months apart on pretty much the same trail system, lol. We both at seperate times sent multiple emails to the guy with no response.

Don't let my opinion sway you on getting one though. As stated, they do work and if an o ring blows it is super easy to rebuild and Lowes, Home Depot carry those sizes in stock. Other guys in here have had them for years with zero issues. I just had the cash at the time to splurge on a better model otherwise I would still be running ccp and have o rings in my cabinet, lol.

Yeah the CS doesnt sound very appetizing. At least you were able to procure parts locally to fix it and it was an easy repair. I splurged and bought the pro a few months ago it made a big cavity in my wallet lol.

He is a little hard to get a hold of that is for sure. I sent a message on eBay to him and he did answer and sent a rebuild kit with instructions. But like morph said you can find most if not all the o-rings at a parts store. Just use hydraulic oil for the rebuild.

I should find that write up with directions on how to do that and post a sticky in the How-to section...

It really is simple, even if there were no instructions I could've done it. Once you open it up there is only one way for everything to go back together.

Ive probably read over that a while back morph when i was lurking and doing research on what all upgrades i want to do. There is a plethora of information on here. After being on here for a year now i dont think that i have put a dent in it, even though i read a lot daily.

Lovely video. Good editing. Don't stop making 'em. :D

One question though. Are those powermadd handguards (they look like they are)? If yes which holders do you use and did you had to do any modifications on the handlebar to fit them?
I've ordered only the handguards and made some custom holders but they broke where the nut was holding them. Firstly one broke off and I noticed when I got home and the other day I lost the second one :/ so now I have none.

Also which camera do you use?

Yes those are powermadd i just used their mounting hardware, i didnt have to do any mods but then again i dont have all the stuff on mine as you do for your street legal. Ill get a pic of them later when i get home. I just use a gopro session 4. Probably going to try a sjcam sj6. Did you loose your handguards when the holders broke?

Sadly yes. For the first one i know it was on a straight line since i felt something has hit my leg and I just checked if I still have phone and wallet on me. Since both were present I kept on going. Later I realised it was a handguard that hit me and I went back looking for it but didn't found it. Its all black so that may have something to do with it. For the second one I didn't even bother looking. My handlebar is pretty crowded since I have switch for lights and mirrors on it. That was the reason I decided to make holders on my own. If everything else fails I'll make another ones but much more robust. Just to be sure. I thought these would hold but apparently the stress was to high.

The previous owner had a cnc machine so he made a transformers emblem. I still want a gytr bumper, but they are so hard to get a hold of for a decent price.
I like those as well and i agree they are too expensive.
