I'm going to check out an 01' Raptor 660 on Saturday. Here are the list of goodies/new parts.

Renthal Bars, MSR levers, Terry Cable throttle, UMI stearing head, Iridium plug, Fresh Amsoil and filter, FMF Powerbomb headers w/ White Brothers eSeries muffler, K&N Air Filter, Rejetted carbs w/ Dynojet, PIAA Extreme White headlight bulbs, PRM Standard Grab Bar, AC Racing front bumper, Full GYTR Skids, Durablue rear axle, New Battery, New Pro Taper Grips, and the Flipped link mod.

He's the second owner since 2004, claims it has low hours. And telling by the pictures it deffinetly looks that way. Its very clean.

He wants 2400obo, I was thinking about starting at 1900 but I do not want to lowball him or anything. KBB is $1995 for a bone stock bike without all of the upgrades. He says the carbs were tuned just right for the exhaust and that it doesn't miss a beat. Will need back tires because it still has the original factory ones on the rear.

Is 1900-2000 a good offer or should it be lower/higher?

Honestly there are better deals out there on 660's. My buddy picked up a 06 700 a few months back for 2800 that is mint with about a grand of aftermarket stuff on it. After market stuff dose not increase a resale value that much. Be patient, there's great deals out there right now in this economy.

stock tires COULD be a sign of low hours but u never know.....and the 01s have tranny problems so for tht price I would look elsewhere or really talk him down.....I would deff ride it and make sure all gears r shifting good.....check the oil....
