I just got a new HMF full exhaust and it came with new main jets but no piolet jets. Every thing is bone stock, (except for the full exhaust). Do I need to change the piolet jets? Or are they OK? Will my fuel screws stay the same?

You can probably live with the stock pilots, as long as you're not changing the airbox... but you might need to turn the screws out (CCW) a 1/2 turn or so. The screws are just valves that limit flow thru the pilots, so opening up the screws gives the pilots more flow.

So it runs awsome but the header is glowing red. Does that mean I'm too lean? Would turnning those piolt jet screws out cure this?

DO you see it only in dark, and just a couple of inches from the head? This is pretty normal... also, only at idle or when riding?

If only at idle, open your fuel screws another 1/4 turn CCW and see what happens.
