I just put a hmf Slip-On on my 2006 raptor 350 se and I have not yet jetted, but seem to run great. I live in up state New York I am at 1171 above sea level what would I jet my main to and what would I put the pilot jet to and should I move the clip on the needle ? And how many turns on the mixer screw?

If it runs great and has no stumble then you should be fine, check the color of spark plug, if it’s white then report back and minor adjust can be made.

That’s not looking Bad actually. Paper bag brown is ideal color.

Yup, I would keep running it myself, occasionally checking plug.

To get full potential, I think you should put the spark arrestor in.

Leave the pilot jet stock.
It's probably fine as it is, but...
You can try moving the needle one position richer.
You can also go up one or 2 main jet sizes.
Only make one change at a time.
You can buy individual jets at
www.jetsrus.com
The pilot controls idle to 1/4 throttle
Needle, 1/4 to 3/4 throttle
Main, 3/4 to wide open
and there is some overlap.
Check what the plug looks like after each change.
It should be a medium brown.
Black, sooty, or smelling of gas, then you went too rich, and the engine will likely be noticeably less responsive.
Do Not go leaner than stock.
