I doubt we'll be going riding anytime soon with winter setting in but if the weather breaks it could happen.

The warm mid 50's temps this weekend look promising but I doubt me and the wife would go, just not going to spend the money to do a one day ride.
(fuel costs kill us coming out of S.E. michigan to get up to the trails)

I might wait until the lakes are frozen and take them out to pontiac lake or maybe white lake this winter I havnt ridden a lake in a long time and it is fun.

You guys want to plan a trip next year? We can all do Silver lake one day and then baldwin trails the next? I always go at least once a year.

Hey i just found this thread. Got a 660 and a constantly changing stable of other quads/toys.
I live in custer which is about smackdab inbetween baldwin and silver lake. My parents (the house i grew up in) live a mile from the little O. I just park the truck at their house and ride to it.
Now you ready for this?
I only started riding baldwin this last year for the first time. Just never realized how cool it was and theres alot of places to ride out here. And I have not yet gone out on the dunes.
I know i know pretty ridiculous but ill be taking the whole fam to silver lake as much as we can this summer.

Oh also here in mason county it is legal to ride quads on the side of any road as long as you have a current orv tag.
Not sure how you all feel about mud but we have mud runs all summer long a couple of them have alot of property and trails to ride on.
I'll try and post the ones I hear about this summer if anyone happens to be in the area get ahold of me for details
