:'(Going to take my raptor down to the shop now. Sound like about $450 worth of work. Wish me luck fellas.

Ya, dont spend $450 on a stock piece again when you can go aftermarket for cheaper. :thumbsup:

Hes going to pay for it. But we are seeing if Yamaha will cover it under warrinty. He was just going about 15 -20 MPH and hit a curb and it bent bad right where the axel attaches to the wheel. The wheel is fine you can see a mark on the tire where the curb hit it. He wasent doing anything crazy or sliding just riding over a curb is dosent seem like it should have bent like that. :(

The stock axel is 238.99 but its $180 for install.

For $160 Ill sell you a excellent used one.......including shipping..........to easy to put in.......dont take it to the shop!

Yeah the install's fairly straight forward. I just installed my Dominator axle. Lifetime warranty and adjustable up to 4" wider!
