Yesterday I noticed that the lower outer edge of my Pro Design case saver is getting chewed up like the chain is moving left (away from the bike). I have a 15T sproket on. What could be causing this? Swingarm moving left and right? Drive shaft moving in and out? I am unsure. I can hear the chain slapping something when I turn going slow. Please help me figure out the problem.

I'd check the chain tension. I'd also look at the swing arm bearings. Is the sprocket nut tight? Use a floor jack under the skid plate to get the wheels off the ground and spin it in neutral to see if the chain is shot or kinked. It has to be something simple once it's all boiled down.

I have heard of a few people saying they had to take a grinder to the their case saver to make it fit correctly. Not much off but a little
