Okay, have got this girl running good, but need a little help with the fine tuning of the stock carbs...

Bike has stock motor, full yoshi exhaust, proflo adapter with K&N,K&N Powerlid with no outerwears,25 pilots,Dynojet needles, dynojet 144\146 mains, fuel screws 1.75 turns each.Cant remember off hand if used the 3rd or 4th clip on the needles,as have 6 adj spots,so no "middle".700ft abv sea lvl.

Had the 146\148 mains in,was too rich...144\146 seems just about perfect(plug chop)...only prob I can tell is a flame out exhaust and just one good pop if i'm on gas hard, and suddenly cut it,like pulling clutch in...only if on it hard, then right off.....no popping on steady decel.

Any more turns on the screw makes it rich, and feel lazy...were it is now is perfect(plug chop),and nice and crisp...

Little lean on the needle maybe..??

Suggestions..??

Screw can't affect WOT, it is just idle mixture (and too lean in the idle circuit will cause popping on decel). Turn them out another 1/4 turn.
