you can search on google to find a high res file.. not sure if mine get resized.. also if you download the service manual for 660 raptor it has the diagrams in the back pages.

Welcome to the forum, Tawanna!

The diagram is in the attached PDF i had provided above, and again in the link below...

The color codes did not change across the years. However, the CDI Connector pinout changed between 2001 (shown in the PDF of the published diagram) and the newer years - below is yours. Yamaha never published it beyond 2001.
